Hello,

We’re using WPML as our translation plugin with the advanced translation editor.
This works fine on our staging website.

However, after migration with the WordPress ALL in one migration tool, we noticed, we are not able to translate any more with the WPML advanced translation editor.
This error appears: The translator could not be assigned to the job.
We went trough all trouble shooting, and tried a lot of options, but just can’t seem to load the editor.

Hi there!

This is Paola and I hope you are well!

Please access to your database and go to the table icl_translation_status and maybe there is a field called Charsat, please change it to uuid.

If you give me permission to install plugin Adminer on your site I can fix it myself.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Privacy and Security Policy
We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:

**IMPORTANT**
- Please make a backup of the site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box.
