This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate the homepage of your website using WPML with Elementor, but the translation does not reflect the updated content. Additionally, the permalink for the translated homepage incorrectly includes the page title.
Solution:
To ensure that WPML translates the updated content from Elementor, we recommend making a small change to the original page and saving it. Afterward, proceed to the WPML translation editor to update the translation. This should help display the current translation correctly on the frontend.

The user has informed that the issue was resolved by translating it manually.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the homepage of my website using WPML, but the translation is not reflecting the updated content. I have tried disabling Elementor cache and updating the original language page, but neither worked. Additionally, when I manually translate using the WordPress editor, the permalink for the translated homepage includes the page title, which it shouldn't.

Symptoms:
The translated homepage is using older content and the permalink includes the page title instead of just the domain and language code.

Questions:
How can I ensure that WPML translates the updated content from Elementor?
How do I remove the page title from the permalink of the translated homepage?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Have you attempted to update the page translation? To do this, please make a small change to the original page and save it. Then, go to the WPML translation editor to complete the translation.

Following these steps may help ensure that the current translation is displayed correctly on the frontend.

Thank you for your feedback.

Could you try temporarily disabling all the plugins except WPML and Elementor? Does the issue still occur if you repeat the same steps?

If it still persists, I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site—preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible—in order to be of better help. When you log in to leave your next reply, you will find the needed fields below the comment area. The information you will enter is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it.

Before making any changes, please ensure that you back up your database first.
