I am trying to update a translation on my website, but the editor of WPML is showing just a white screen. I have already logged out, updated all plugins and tried on a different browser, but no change, it takes agens to load and stays on the white screen

It is still not working on chrome but I got it working on safari now - terribly slow when going to wpml - do you have a server issue or something?

While one of my teammates is taking care of your ticket, I’d like to suggest a few initial debugging steps.

Have you tried creating a new test page and attempting to translate it? This can help determine whether the issue is specific to certain content or affects translations in general.

Please also upload screenshots that clearly show the issue you’re experiencing.

If the problem persists, we’ll need to request temporary access (WP Admin and FTP), preferably to a staging or test site where the issue can be reliably reproduced.
