Problem:
The client is experiencing a white screen when trying to translate any segment using the Advanced Translator Editor in WPML on multiple sites with different themes (Avada and JupiterX). The issue reoccurred even after following previous support instructions.
Solution:
We recommend trying the following steps:
1. Open Chrome in incognito mode to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if any browser add-ons are causing the problem.
2. If the issue is resolved in incognito mode, return to normal mode and disable any add-ons, particularly any pop-up blockers, as these can interfere with the Advanced Translator Editor.
3. If disabling the add-ons resolves the issue, you can continue using WPML without the problematic add-on.

If these steps do not resolve your issue or if the solution becomes outdated, please check for related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify you have the latest versions of themes and plugins, and consider opening a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to use the Advanced Translator Environment in WPML on multiple sites, including hidden link, kpstudio.gr, and olympusda.com. All sites use different themes (Avada and JupiterX). We previously had a support issue (#15992584) that resulted in a white screen when trying to translate any segment. Following the instructions from that ticket temporarily resolved the issue for one page, but the problem reoccurred later.

Symptoms:
White screen appears when trying to translate any segment (page, post, menu, product, etc.) using the Advanced Translator Editor. No new entries in the error log, but there are two errors in the Chrome developer console.

Questions:
What is causing the white screen issue when using the Advanced Translator Editor?
Why did the previous solution only work temporarily?
Are there any known compatibility issues with the Avada or JupiterX themes and WPML?
What do the errors in the Chrome developer console indicate?

Following up on this issue, we started our day testing all the above sites on different browsers, well on Firefox and Edge Advanced Translator Editor is working like a charm! We tested the same site and the same page on Chrome and the problem presists, on other two browswers everything is working fine. Hope this helps. Waiting for any ideas on what is happening and how to proceed.

Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first debugging steps and try to help with the issue quickly.

Since it seems to work in other browsers, can you please check with Chrom in incognito? It could be that you have some addon that is blocking.

If it is still not working please share full ATE URL so we can also recheck it.

Hi there, we tried the incognito mode on Chrome and it is working fine. So going back to normal mode we did a debug with the addons and it looks like a Pop up blocker we hade was the cause of the problem. We deactivated the addon and everything is working fine. Hope we dont have to come back to this again. Thank you for the support.
