Background of the issue:
I am trying to auto translate articles using WPML.

Symptoms:
Articles are stuck in the queue, and I received a message asking to pay over 4800€.

Questions:
Why are my articles stuck in the queue?
Why am I being asked to pay over 4800€ to continue auto translating? I'd like to just settle the sub-100$ invoice and continue onwards
