Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate block template parts and a couple of templates using WPML. I encountered issues when attempting to translate them.

Symptoms:
On the translation page, it shows an error 'Unable to retrieve job details'. Additionally, in WPML > Translation Management > Translation Jobs, jobs don't load and it shows the error 'Jobs could not be loaded'.

In Translation Management if shows I'm currently translating them, but I'm not.

Additionally, if I create a new template part and send to translation, I get the same errors.

Questions:
How can I fix this? Is there any way to cancel translation jobs in the database?
