I am trying to translate the contact page using WPML and Contact Form 7 Multilingual plugin. I followed all the tutorials and YouTube videos. The issue can be seen at: hidden link

Questions:
Why is the contact form shortcode displaying instead of the translated form?
Are there additional steps needed beyond the tutorials to translate Contact Form 7 with WPML?

Thanks for providing the staging site access. I tested the issue in a minimal environment, and the form still didn’t render. I also deleted and reinstalled the Contact Form 7 plugin, but the issue persisted.
I noticed that, on the staging site the form doesn't render even in the default language, so I deactivated all WPML plugins to check further, but there was no change. Since the issue appears even in the default language and with WPML completely disabled, this confirms it's not related to WPML.
I recommend contacting the Contact Form 7 support team, as they might already be aware of this kind of issue.
However, if you still suspect it’s WPML-related, please try adding the form to a default language page again and let me know what happens.
