We are using Document library Pro on our website, as well as WPML. We have an English, German and French domain.
We have many documents on the site but 99% of them are in English. Ideally, no matter the language of the website, users should be able to search and see the different documents.
However, I noticed that on the German and French pages, the documents don’t display. We have a custom plugin set up with document library pro so I cant 100% tell if this issue is coming from your end. But what I can see is that when I look for e.g. “application-note” (a document library term doc-category) on the English site, I see the application notes. When I look for the same document category on the French or German website, nothing is displayed, because this document category only exists for and is assigned to English documents.
We are using a custom plugin setup that helps us filter the documents so I can't with 100% confidence say that this is a WPML issue, however the custom plugins used to work on all language domains, and we noticed that as time went on, and we updated WPML a couple times, it just no longer works.
I've tried reaching out to Barn2 support because of Document Library Pro, but they have pointed us towards your support system.
