[Resolved] FOOTER - Different date in different Pages & Languages
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is experiencing issues with the WPML translation plugin on their website. Specifically, the footer displays different dates on different pages and languages, and there are warnings when editing templates. Solution: 1) We updated the Footer template in the default language and its translations to ensure consistency across all languages. We recommend checking if the footer now appears correctly in all languages. 2) We verified that the contact pop-up form is translated. If any strings in the pop-up are not translated correctly, please review the translations.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to use the WPML translation plugin to manage translations on my website. I have several issues, such as the footer displaying different dates on different pages and languages. I want changes to appear consistently across all languages and to be able to edit templates without receiving warnings. Here is a link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link
Symptoms:
Different dates appear in the footer across various pages and languages. Additionally, translations are not updating in other parts of the website, and I receive a warning message: 'ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO DO THIS, THE TRANSLATIONS ARE IN PROGRESS.'
Questions:
Why are different dates appearing in the footer on different pages and languages?
How can I ensure that changes are reflected across all languages without warnings?
I get this message:
Translation in progress - wait before editing
This page that you are editing is being translated right now. If you edit now, some or all of the translation for this page may be missing. It's best to wait until translation completes, then edit and update the translation.

Thank you for getting back and your answer. I created the Footer years ago and cant recall now how.. However I believe - i created Footer in Elementor Theme Builder and once that was done - clicked on the "pencils" in Edit the Template.
I used that option BEFORE I wrote you this Ticket and meanwhile tried to fix the Contact Pop_Up translation in SERVICES Page and searcing for the rigt Settings lost the option of Edit languages in the wordpres dasboard("pencil") all together!..
Thanks for your reply. I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
❌ Please back up your database and website ❌
✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

1) I can see the translated pop-up menu when clicking the contact button while visiting the German services page. (Kindly check the attached screenshot)
2) You see this notice because the page's translations were incomplete, so I completed them.
