I am trying to: I don't know what is happening but the settings are being changed without my interaction. Sometimes the search form when is set to English shows the text in Dutch. When I try to fix it the whole search is messed up and I have to set it up again. I have done it already several times. Now I fixed the search form in English but in Dutch and in French it's showing the wrong fields. I tried to disable the plugin, make the changes, and see what happens. After that the search form is correct but the translations are not. So, I tried to fix the translations, and the search form is messed up again. I think that this problem started when I changed the main language to Dutch and afterward changed it back to English.

I expected to see: The search bar correctly set and translated into Dutch and French
Instead, I got: The search form is now wrong in all languages.
I checked the Search form on the Homepage and found that the texts show properly translated in Each language but the fields that appear on clicking tabs only work in the English language. In other languages, the fields are not showing.
Since the fields that appear in the Search box are custom fields, could you please follow the tutorial below and make sure that the fields are configured properly for translation?

Let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance. I will be happy to help.
I'm with a serious problem with my website. It is in a loop. I fixed it as instructed but after clicking on other languages on the menu it turned back messed up.
The wpml-config.xml file is located in the Theme folder. To access it, navigate to the file section of your site through cPanel. Inside the wp-content/theme/wpresidence/ directory, you'll locate the XML file.
If the Custom fields for the Advanced search section are translated as per the documentation, everything should work properly. I recommend that you also contact the support team of WPResidence theme as they may be aware of the situation you had.
Finally, please try to reproduce the same issue in the sandbox site mentioned below.

The WPML and other required plugins are already installed in the Sandbox site. Kindly install the theme and the plugin that will be required to reproduce the issue. The main purpose of a sandbox site is to check what happens in the minimal environment. In this way, we can verify if it is a compatibility problem.
