I am trying to set up WPML on a multisite environment. The main site URL is hidden link and for one of the subsites the URL is hidden link

Firstly I setup the WPML plugin on the main site with success.

However, whenever I try to set the subsites, on the second step where the URL Format is being chosen it does not give me the correct URL, i.e. it is still showing me hidden link instead of hidden link and this is causing issues with the languages on the subsite since it is interfering between main site and subsite.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
https://wpml.org/documentation/support/multisite-support/
I followed the above guide and even added the sunrise.php.

What is the link to your site?

currently plugin is disabled because it is not working properly and this is a live site.

I am happy to jump on a call even if needed to explain the problem since I am a developer.

Hello,

We dan sadly do not offer calls on this forum, but I would like to assist you on this matter as quickly as possible.

First, please confirm that you followed this documentation and that you are using the sunrise.php drop-in plugin:

https://wpml.org/documentation/support/multisite-support/#using-languages-in-domains-on-multisite

Further, to help you faster, I've enabled a private message for submitting the debug information for this support ticket. Please see this link for how to get this information from your site and give it to us:
http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Make sure to only use the private reply form in order to provide this information. Please do not paste the debug information directly into a comment on this ticket.

Best regards
Andreas

Yes, I followed the guide from your documentation and used the sunrise.php drop-in plugin.

Also, I think that my case is under this one as well: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/multisite-support/#multisite-domain-mapping however, I was not able to find more details than this + if WPML supports different domains on subsites.

Also, I provided the debug info.

Hello there,

To debug this issue further, I would need to check your site settings once, for this I would need temporary access (wp-admin and ftp) to your site.

So could you please provide me with those details, you will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
