Background of the issue:
I was working with an online agent on link translations in blog articles, but the session got discontinued. I need to retrieve all my chat history and understand the root cause of my issue. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
The session with the online agent was discontinued, and I am unable to access the chat history. I am also experiencing issues with link translations in blog articles.
