Thanks for your reply. Based on your screen recording hidden link , it looks like there is something wrong with your Website's permalinks. I'll wait for your package on your other ticket to investigate this further on my local installation.

Thanks for your patience. I've checked, and it looks like the issue is related to the Divi page builder. I've prepared a sandbox site here hidden link and could you please try to replicate the issue over there?

I've also installed the Divi theme/plugin for your convenience.

Sorry, it says the Sandbox has expired.

Thanks for your reply. My apologies for that. I've installed the WP Bakery plugin here hidden link and also activated WPML.

I've created a test page here with the same layout hidden link and edited the link. I'm able to save it as shown in the attached screenshot.

Please try to replicate the issue over there and let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the info, i will have a look into it.

My client is on leave until the 5th Jan 2026. Can this ticket remain open until at least that week so they have time to do more testing.
