Background of the issue:
I am trying to use WPML to keep my WooCommerce products, especially bundles, correctly translated and synchronized between languages. I expected stable and automatic synchronization where bundle products and their variations remain properly linked and appear in both translations without needing to re-run WPML synchronization each time.

Symptoms:
WPML constantly breaks the links between translated products and variations, even without updates or changes. It slows down my entire website and requires manual synchronization after every update or order. Products randomly disappear from translations, bundle items are missing from orders, and variations stop working. I need to re-sync WPML almost every time I receive an order or make a small change.

Questions:
Why does WPML break the links between translated products and variations?
How can I achieve stable and automatic synchronization between languages for bundle products?

Are you able to reproduce this behavior on command? Meaning are there steps that we can follow that would reproduce this issue or does it happen randomly?

What steps do you take to re sync them?

It happens randomly, but I can reproduce it right now because the issue is currently persisting. At the moment, even if I delete the product and redo the translation, it’s impossible for me to get all the bundled products included in the translation. I always end up missing 2–3 products..
I Could give you admin access to my website if needed.

If possible please provide me with the steps I need to take to reproduce the issue, as well as a specific product we can test so we are testing the same product to avoid mix ups.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

When I duplicate the product the issue is reproduced, however, when I create a new product and add bundled items it looks like it's working as expected.

Can you please try this and confirm if the issue is happening with new products.

Hi,
Please accept my apologies for the delayed response, I did try many time and by creating a new product it does not seem to have any issues BUT, because otherwise all the fun goes away.
It's already the 4th time it happened to me, where I delete and create again the product for it to work, wich mean, by doing an update or maybe changing stock, in one or 2 weeks, the product will once again have an issue.
Moreover, when translating, if we have applied a variation filter to the product, the translated version does not include it, we have manually go in the language version of the product and edit it.

Hi, Sorry for the late reply, if you are talking about the bundle product plugin I cannot update it, as I can only have on active premium license at a time. But I was talking about WPML update or Woocommerce update that can cause the issue, never updating the bundle plugin.

I understand, are you able to update it to the latest version in the main site, and then upload it manually to staging?

Our plugins compatibility is based on the latest versions, I cannot confirm if the older version is compatible with the latest versions of WPML.

Hi, Sorry I thought I had answer but did not.
I'am not understanding the point of your video ... nor how this should help me understand what your are doing ...
Its been more than a month, no issue or bug have been found when it's quite simple to understand.
Your plugin after each update does not sync up the bundled product and mess up the whole point of using it as I have to create new product each time and I can't due to order traceability;
So please juts find what could be the issue, you have access to to the whole staging website with the plugin, it is quite expensive to each time translate again the whole new product + the price of the plugin itself for all this work and bug, when its mention the plugin is compatible, an option to check that the bundle product are synchronised correctly and check it will be the only way to go, your video does not help at all understanding what your actually doing ....
