noelO-2	Background of the issue: I have a BuddyBoss platform and use WPML for translation. I tried to translate the menu, but in the translated versions, it's not letting me create menu sections. The issue can be seen at hidden link. Symptoms: The menu does not look identical for all languages, and I am unable to create menu sections in the translated versions. Questions: Why can't I create menu sections in the translated versions? How can I make the menu look identical for all languages?

Bobby WPML Supporter since 04/2015 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: America/Los_Angeles (GMT-07:00)	Hi there, Please verify with me that all the items that are to be included in the menu and submenus are 100% translated and published. If they are not there is a high chance this is what is causing this issue and we will need to translate them or duplicate them first.

noelO-2	Yes everything translated the problem is only the section is not showing nor can i choose it from the sidebar.

(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible) Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it. NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin. Thank you,
