Problem:
The client's support ticket was closed unexpectedly, and they are unable to find it in their account history.
Solution:
If you're experiencing a similar issue where your ticket has been closed or seems to be missing, we recommend checking if the ticket might have been opened under a different account. The quickest way to resolve this is to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum. We also suggest asking the AI agent to connect you directly with human support for faster assistance.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket.

Unfortunately, I don't find any request except for two older chat sessions that you had this year and this very recent ticket that was just marked as resolved:
