Background of the issue:
NO NO NO WHY IS MY question being rewritten AGAIN! I already told WPML last time that this is incredibly unhelpful. Just reopen https://wpml.org/forums/topic/gallery-not-showing-in-english-constantly-having-to/?paged=2&bbp_reply_to=17597197&_wpnonce=d61535bc4a#new-post which was closed without notifying me. STOP REWRITING MY SUPPORT QUESTIONS, IT IS SO RUDE!!!!!

Please try to explain to me in only one sentence what the issue is that you are experiencing, and send me a link to a page where I can see the issue.

I'd like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate the issue further.

You'll find the necessary fields below the comment section if you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide will be private, meaning only you and I will be able to see and access it.

IMPORTANT
Please be sure to create a backup of the website and database before granting us access.

If you don't see the "wp-admin / FTP" fields, your login credentials for the post and website will be set to "PUBLIC." Do NOT publish the information unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields.

No, I have another ticket that was closed without my knowledge where I have a bunch a points detailing the issues. I don't get any notifications when a support thread is updated either. So far, after months at this point, only one has been resolved (AND it still has issues). WPML is a broken mess. And the new AI support is a mess too. I'm looking to get out. I am very unhappy with the service.

thank you for getting back to us. I’m sorry to hear about your experience with WPML, but I want to assure you that we’re more than happy to help with any issues you may have or any kind of doubts.

1) Regarding the ticket closure, there should normally be several email notifications before a ticket is automatically closed. If you didn’t receive them, please check whether the email address in your WPML account is correct. If it is and you still didn’t get any notifications, please let me know—I’ll verify this with our system team.

2) As for the AI rewriting feature, we understand it may not be helpful for advanced users who already provide a detailed summary before opening a ticket. This is currently under internal review, and there’s a good chance that this feature to be removed.
