This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to trigger the 'Show custom MO Files Pre-generation' dialog box in Firefox and Chrome across multiple websites.
Solution:
We recommend trying the following steps:
1. Navigate to WPML->Theme and Plugins localization in your WordPress admin area.
2. On this page, look for any warnings or notifications and click on the relevant buttons to initiate the scanning of files.
3. Once the scan is complete, run the necessary actions as prompted on the page.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, it might be due to changes in how this action is handled internally by our team. Currently, this action is intended for internal use and debugging by our team, and it may not always be accessible for end users.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue and the "Show custom MO Files Pre-generation dialog box" isn;t working. The pop-up never shows up.

Hi there,

I am still discussing this with our developers, however, being that the action is meant for internal consumption, meaning to be used primarily by our team when debugging a site or asking customers directly to perform these steps, at the moment we would advise using the steps shared previously as it seems that this action has been slightly changed.

When there is an issue that needs to be troubleshooted by the end user, there will be an automatic notification in the WPML->Theme and Plugins localization page prompting you to run this action directly in there.

Hi Bobby,

Thank you very much for your reply.
All right, we will use this method until a more straighforward solution is provided.
In any case, we will mark this as closed.

Kind Regards,
