This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was experiencing an issue where the first two entries on their German translated page were missing, despite having translated the content using Elementor Pro and updating the translations.
Solution: 1. We asked the client to clear the website's cache, especially since they were using a LiteSpeed server, which could affect the visibility of the translated content. 2. We requested the client to update the translations for the missing posts, as they might not have been fully synchronized with the latest content. 3. Upon further investigation, we discovered that the permalink of the translations for the two missing posts needed to be updated. We used the WordPress editor to update the translations, which resolved the issue and the posts appeared correctly. 4. We also advised the client to update any plugins that were out of date to ensure compatibility and prevent similar issues.

- Could you please tell me how are you creating those items/posts (are you using any page builder/ theme option/ plugin)?
- Also, can you tell me how are you translating those items?

* I noticed from the debug info that you are using LiteSpeed server, could you please try clearing the cache of the website and check if the issue persists?
After I made a change on a specific page I use the translator button. I uploaded an image so you can see.
About the server. There you lost me about the litespeed server. Is this something special? Should U ask my host to change to another server?
I already cleared the cache on Google Chrome but this did not help
( I have to go to an appointment and will be able to answer in a few hours again, sorry)
* Related to the LiteSpeed server, if you don't have access or manage it yourself they you need to ask the hosting support team to clear up the cache of the server. The google chrome cache is related only to your own pc/laptop.

Could you please check that and let me know, if the issue persists I would require access on your website ( on your website's WP-Admin, you can create an administrator user using any email address you like).
I've set your next reply as private so you can provide the username and password.
Could you please send me the email you used to create the account you send as it won't let me access the website with the user name, it requires the email address?
I tried to login about 3 times with the username and I got this notification "Je bent buitengesloten van deze site".
error"
Thank you for providing the access, I was able to check your website and I noticed that the translation of both the posts missing needs to be updated (as you can notice from the image attached).
Please update the translation for both posts and check if the issue persists.
* I noticed that some plugins need update on your website, I would suggest you update the ones that need update.
Sorry for the delay
I was trying to update everything and had an issue with ACF, but in the meantime it is all updated.
What strange is that the 2 you mentioned had the round circle and after klicking on them the page came where the translation was already 100% completed. Then the round circle changed.
Unfortunately it is not the solution because I still have the same problem
Thank you for the update, I was able to check further and I noticed that the permalink of the translations of those 2 posts was set as showing on the attached image.
I updated the translations using wordpress editor, the permalink was updated and the posts showed up.
