Problem:
The client reported issues with untranslated parts of their website, specifically the Quiz and Profit Calculator, and the 'About Us' page not displaying in Spanish. Additionally, there were questions about translating a popup from Klaviyo.
Solution:
1) For the 'About Us' page, ensure that the page is published in both languages. This can be done by going to Pages > All, finding the ES page, and changing its status to published via quick actions.
2) For translating hardcoded content such as the Quiz and Profit Calculator, the client's developer needs to adjust the strings according to WordPress guidelines.
