Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate content related to the DIVI Person Plus Module plugin. I attempted to scan for strings several times but no translation was found. I suspect this issue might have occurred after updating WPML. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
The content I expected to be translated into Arabic remains in English. Specifically, the text 'Prof.Dr. Wilfried Bauer Deputy Rector For Academic Affairs' is not translated.

Questions:
Why are the translations for the DIVI Person Plus Module plugin not appearing?
Could the WPML update have affected the translations?

Hello,

The "Divi Person Plus" plugin is not on our compatibility list, however, it doesn't necessarily imply that it is not compatible, just that our team has not tested it yet.
https://wpml.org/theme
https://wpml.org/plugin

Where do you enter the string "Deputy Rector For Academic Affairs"? In the user profile? In the plugin settings page?

If it's a plugin setting, this documentation may point you in the right direction:
https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/translate-strings-in-wp-options-table/

If it's part of the user meta, then this may guide you:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/translating-user-meta-information-with-wpml/

Let me know how it goes, please.

Best Regards,
Otto

thanks for replay

I scanned the plugin for strings several times and it shows the number of strings found, but nothing appeared also when I rescan again I got the same number of strings found, please help to solve that so that after scanning for strings it saved within WPML

also when I scanned the other plugins it's the same

Hello,

Thanks.

I created a fresh WP install to take a deeper look at the problem. It has WPML and it's addons installed and configured, and the DIVI theme.

Can you please install and setup the DIVI Person Plus Module to reproduce the problem there?

You can access the site's admin by following this link:

Let me know once it's done and I'll check it out.
