[Closed] Translation of media issues with my products

Hi,

Welcome to WPML support.

I will answer this ticket before the ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues.

I wonder if the issue is happening only on the product in question?

If yes, please follow the steps below:

- Go to your Dashboard > Pages.
- Open the edit screen of the original page. You should see a pencil/circle/gear icon in the sidebar options under the "Languages" section.
- Make a small change, for example, add an extra blank space at the end of a sentence/paragraph.
- Save it.
- You should now see that a circular arrow appears beside the 2nd languages links, this means that an update is required.
- Edit the translation again and save it up to 100% translated.

Also when you go to the Edit screen of the product, make sure that the checkboxes below the Language regarding the media and featured images are checked.

I'd be happy to assist you on this issue further.

Can you please follow this steps once:

- Go to WPML->Settings->Media Translation
- Check the following options
-- Translate existing media in all languages
-- Duplicate existing media for translated content
-- Duplicate the featured images for translated content
- Click on the start button and wait for it to finish.

if the above doesn't help, To debug this issue further, I would need to check your site settings once, for this I would need temporary access (wp-admin and ftp) to your site.
