Problem:
If you're experiencing redirection to the Woo Shop page instead of accessing the Payment Methods under Account on your website when WPML is activated, it might be due to a conflict with the BuddyCommerce plugin.
Solution:
We recommend deactivating the BuddyCommerce plugin to check if this resolves the issue. If deactivating the plugin stops the redirection and allows access to the Payment Methods as expected, this indicates a conflict between WPML and the BuddyCommerce plugin.

Background of the issue:
I am (my users/members are) trying to access the Payment Methods under Account on my website, but I get redirected to the Woo Shop page. This issue occurs only when WPML is activated. The issue can be seen at: hidden link

Symptoms:
When WPML is activated, accessing Payment Methods under Account redirects me to the Woo Shop page.

Questions:
Why am I being redirected to the Woo Shop page when trying to access Payment Methods under Account?
Is there a conflict between WPML and my current setup causing this redirection?

First of all, sorry for the late reply; it was due to a higher workload.

I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

Hi,

Thanks for the access details. I checked the issue and found that the Payment Methods tab works correctly when deactivating the "BuddyCommerce" plugin.

When the plugin is active, it changes the payment method tab URL from (hidden link) to (hidden link), which causes the issue.
