Background of the issue:
I have a site in production that I'm re-building with the same design but without using Elementor. I'm using a staging environment for this development. Once the development is complete, we will deploy the full site to production, which already has a domain registered.
Symptoms:
I am unsure if I can use the same key for the staging environment as the production site.
Questions:
Can I use the same key for the staging environment as the production site?

Hi,
Thank you for contacting WPML Support. The WPML site key works based on the site URL, so if your staging environment has a different URL than production, you’ll need to generate a new site key for it. You can create a staging/development site key from your WPML account by following the below steps:
1. Login to your staging site and go to the Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add new plugin > Commercial tab and click the Unregister WPML from this site link if that link exists.
2. Then please click the Register WPML link.
3. Click the Get a key for this site link.
4. It will generate the Key for your site.
5. Copy the key, and paste it back into the input box, and press the Register button.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance with this issue.
Thank you
