1) Please go to WPML > Settings > Media Translation > How to handle media for new content > Check all three options. Then, attempt to translate the post and check if the image is copied over.
2) You can also try running the media sync to resynchronize the post images. This can be done via WPML > Settings > Media Translation > Click "Start". Prior to proceeding, please ensure you have backed up your data.
Additionally, upon reviewing your debug information, I noticed that your MySQL version falls below the plugin's minimum requirements outlined at: [link to minimum requirements page]. We recommend contacting your hosting provider to update the MySQL version to 5.6+ for you.
