Hello there, As discussed, can you provide me logs from the MySQL server? Also, have you tried disabling all non-WPML plugins, switching to one of the default themes, and checking whether the issue persists or not? Please remember to create a backup of your site (both files and the database) before making any updates or changes. This is always a good practice. Look forward to your reply. Thanks |

Haven't tried to disable any plugins yet. MYSQL log (error.log, slow log and other logs) are literally empty. |

Hello there, I don't see the deadlock error while browsing the site, do I have to specifically look at debug.log for this? Can you provide more info? I see that you are using Avada and it's not the latest version, so please update to the latest version as most WordPress themes and plugins add improvements to the latest versions. Also, I suggest you update WordPress to the latest version and see if it helps. Further, Please try to disable all non-WPML plugins, switch to one of the default themes, and check whether the issue persists or not. We're not debugging on display, only on "debug.log". Can you read that file? As this is staging site, the error occurence frequence is really low and you can't find a lot. On our live site, we have situations iwht 10-12 errors in a row in 5-6 seconds. |

wp and all plugins are upgraded now. I did the same on live site and I still get the errors. Not sure how to reproduce the errors. You can check in staging debug.log there were couple of them from last week. |

In the meantime, we 're regularly having 20-30 ish erorrs per hour on production site. What can I do to debug and to find the cause or fix the issue? |
