We are using the Plugin The Events Calender, each time when we activate WPML on our site no attendees are being created when creating a manual order in our store. When WPML is deactivated, everything works fine!
Thanks for providing your debug information, I don't see anything wrong there.
First, if you are creating orders in the secondary language in the backend, please make sure that the Event and the tickets attached to it are translated in that language.
If this is not the issue, I'll need to reproduce and run some tests. Could you please provide me with access to a staging copy of your site and describe the exact steps to follow to reproduce?
