[Resolved] WPML Media Translation page not found + Site Logo missing on translated pages (Elementor header)

Hi WPML Support Team,
I’m opening a new ticket because I’m stuck in a loop and need assistance before making any risky changes.
Summary of the issue:
The WPML → Media Translation page returns “Page not found” (I’m logged in as Administrator).
Because of this, I cannot run media synchronization from the Media Translation page.
The site logo displays correctly in the default language (Spanish).
The logo is missing on translated English pages, specifically in an Elementor Header template that uses the Site Logo widget.
The Media Library also appears incomplete compared to what existed before.
Important clarifications:
I can access WPML → Settings, but there is no visible Media Translation synchronization section there.
Clicking Media Translation from the WPML sidebar consistently leads to Page not found.
I have not deleted or replaced the logo because I’m afraid of losing the original correct file (size, transparency, etc.).
I want to fix this properly, not via trial and error.
What I’m asking for:
Please confirm why the Media Translation page is inaccessible (Page not found) even for an Administrator.
Please advise how to correctly re-link or synchronize the Site Logo across languages when using Elementor + WPML.
I’m happy to provide temporary admin access if needed — please let me know and wait for my confirmation before proceeding.
I’d really appreciate a step-by-step, safe approach.

I have already provided the full WPML debug information in this ticket.

In addition, I reported that WPML → Media Translation redirects to a 404 page (/wp-admin/wpml-media), which prevents me from duplicating the logo for English.

This issue started after recent WPML / Elementor updates and is currently affecting my live English site (logo missing on all EN pages and menu).

Could you please confirm you can see the debug data and investigate both:
the Media Translation 404 error, and
the missing Elementor Site Logo on translated pages?

If needed, I can provide temporary admin access again.
