Thank you for contacting WPML Support. It seems something went wrong during the WPML installation. If it’s a new site with no translated content, you can reset WPML and set it up again.

- Please go to WPML >> Support >> Troubleshooting (the link is at the bottom of the support page). >> There, click on “Reset and deactivate WPML” >> then Delete the plugin.
- After deleting all WPML data and WPML-related plugins then please install/configure WPML plugins again and I hope now you will not face any issues.

Thanks for providing the login details. I followed these steps:
1. Installed the OTGS Installer plugin via File Manager (FTP was not working).
2. Installed WPML plugins. They initially caused fatal errors, so I reset WPML from WPML → Support → Troubleshooting.
3. Reinstalled and configured WPML, selecting French as the secondary language to complete the setup wizard. You can add/remove languages anytime from WPML → Languages using the Add/Remove languages option.
4. If you plan to use Automatic Translation, please fill in the “Context and Target Audience” fields under WPML → Settings → Automatic Translation.
