Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate courses using WPML with Tutor LMS Pro on my website, which started with Greek as the default language and English as the second language. My client decided to switch the default language to English. I am using the WP editor and checking duplicate content for translations. You can see the issue at hidden link.

Symptoms:
In the student courses dashboard, when the language is set to Greek, no courses appear, even though they are visible in English. In English, I see 4 active and 9 completed courses, but in Greek, nothing appears.

Questions:
Why are the courses not appearing in the Greek language dashboard?
How can I ensure that courses are visible in both English and Greek?

I have just seen the sandbox, I will load everything and I will come back with a feedback.

Unfortunately, I have installed free version of tutor lms which is not supporting multilingual courses. Tutor LMS pRo nees a valid lisence to enable it.

So , we cannot test it in a sandbox.

Hey there,

Thank for letting me know. I was able to activate the license, fortunately we had one. You can proceed.

Perfect,
if you can check now sandbox.

I have tried and translate a course. And I have enrolled the demo user to this course , if you go to this link Dashboard hidden link

You can check in English One Enrolled Course, in Greek Zero enrolled courses .

Moreover, if you go in the course you will see mixed contect some in greek and some in English.

Thank you for waiting.

The behavior is actually the expected one. Let me explain. In Tutor LMS, the courses in different languages are treated as different courses. So, a student enrolled in an EN course, is not enrolled on its translation automatically.

This is how the plugin is intended to work. To achieve what you want, custom code would be needed, but that's unfortunately outside the scope of our support. Let me know if you have any other questions.
