Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate content on my site hidden link using WPML.

Symptoms:
It says I need to buy credits when I go to translate, but I have 40000 assigned to the site.

Questions:
Why does WPML say I need to buy credits when I have 40000 assigned to the site?

Hi there.

I can definitely see that there's a total of 40564 credits assigned to the site.

Maybe you are sending content for translation that needs more credits than the ones you have available? Did you get the chance to try to send just a page for translation?

If you have already tried that, can you please go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting > and share the ID that you see under this section: "Your Automatic Translation account ID is"?

Just share it in the private fields below - add it to any of the fields and add just add anything in the other fields.

I will be waiting for your response.
