Problem:
You are experiencing an issue with excessive translation credits being charged when using WPML to translate your webshop from Slovene to three other languages. Specifically, you are being charged multiple times for the same text in product variations and for translations from English to English. You are also concerned about how the word count for translations is being calculated.
Solution:
We have confirmed that Translation Memory does not work within the same job, which means that in this case, multiple credits may be used even for repeated content. Translation Memory can only be populated once a job is completed, and similar content appearing in future jobs will not benefit from previously stored translations.
