This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is transitioning from Elementor to Divi 5 for a client's webpage and has SureCart, Tutor LMS, and Latepoint installed. They encountered an issue where custom post types for Sure Cart Products, Courses, Lessons, and Meetings were not visible in the query post type when building a loop card on a test page with WPML activated. Deactivating WPML made these post types visible again.
Solution:
We recommended the following steps to potentially resolve the issue:
1. Navigate to WPML → Support → Troubleshooting.
2. Execute these options:
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Fix WPML tables collation
- Assign translation status to duplicated content
- Set language information
- Fix post type assignment for translations
Additionally, we noted that there are known issues with Divi 5 and WPML compatibility, which can be reviewed here: https://wpml.org/errata/divi-5-wpml-compatibility-while-new-features-are-being-released/
The client reported the issue was with the Tutor LMS PRO plugin.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
