[Resolved] English and German translations are not visible in the translation manager.
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You have translated your site from Dutch to English and German, but the translations are not visible in the translation manager, although they appear on the frontend. Specifically, translations for text fields added by the WooCommerce Product Tabs plugin are missing in the translation manager. Solution: We recommend ensuring that all translations are completed to 100% in the Translation Editor. Only fully completed translations will update and display in the translation manager. Once a translation is fully completed and saved, any changes should synchronize across both the frontend and the translation manager.

Also, I have translated my entire site from Dutch to English and to German, but the English and German translations are not visible in the translation manager. Only a couple fields show their translations but the most of them don't. See uploaded screenshot.
However, the translations are visible in the frontend, as in when a customer visits my site. So they are present, only not showing up in the translations manager.
I cannot manually insert all the translation back into the correct field, since my woocommerce store is quit large. I hope there is a setting that I need to toggle on.
To sum up, I have to problems:
1: my translations are not visible in the translations manager.
2: text fields added by the plugin Woocommerce Product Tabs (by Barn2) are not showing in the translations manager.

Hi,
I cannot manually insert all the translation back into the correct field, since my woocommerce store is quit large. I hope there is a setting that I need to toggle on.
Here’s what you can try:
1) Complete the translation.
2) Make a small change in the default language to trigger an update.
3) Check the translation editor again to see if the content is now visible.
Does this resolve the issue? This situation may occur if content was edited directly via the WP editor, which doesn’t sync changes to WPML.
1) Complete the translation.
2) Make a small change in the default language to trigger an update.
3) Check the translation editor again to see if the content is now visible.
but unfortunately the translations are still not showing up in my translation editor.
I have uploaded the debug information.
Thanks.
Best.

Hi,
thanks for the info. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
IMPORTANT
-Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
I had uploaded an image with the requested information but I got confused because the image was visible in this thread. Where can I securely upload it to so no one except staff can view it?

Hi E.,
thanks for the access. I reviewed your site and a test product here: hidden link. Unfortunately, you’ll need to re-translate everything, as there’s no way to revert them back. This issue can occur for two main reasons:
1) The product page was edited outside of WPML directly.
2) The original text was modified, causing ATE to recognize it as new content, which means the translations need to be re-added.
I can't remember I adjusted text outsite WPML directly. Well, I just have to copy paste all the translations.
I am wondering what the correct steps are. Because I can't just copy paste the translations into the new translation editor because they won't be linked correctly to WordPress. Because now, even when there are no translations showing in the WPML translation editor, WordPress still correctly displays the translated pages when the site language is changed.

Hi E,
The Translation Editor will display updates on the frontend only when the translation reaches 100% completion. Therefore, it’s best to complete the entire translation first. Afterward, when you make any updates in the default language, only the edited segments will need translation.
Once you’ve reached 100% and saved, all changes will sync and appear on the frontend.
