Background of the issue:
I am trying to edit my posts and pages using the WordPress editor and Elementor Pro editor. I have encountered issues that persist unless I deactivate the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin. I have two earlier tickets related to this issue: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/warning-message-unable-to-edit-pages-because-of-bug/ and https://wpml.org/forums/topic/i-have-a-previous-ticket-that-was-closed-with-a-bug-which-is-still-occuring/#post-17142040.

Symptoms:
I get an error message: 'Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/inextia.dk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/vendor/wpml/wpml/src/UserInterface/Web/Infrastructure/WordPress/CompositionRoot/Config/ExistingPage/PostEditPage.php:23) in /var/www/inextia.dk/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 7168.'

Questions:
Why does the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin prevent me from editing posts and pages?
How can I resolve the error message related to header information?

Hello,

Thanks for the patience. We checked further and it seems it might be related to server issue / blockage of some files.

On localhost I have reinstalled WordPress core and that fixed the issue and works fine. I have tried the same on your staging site but issue still happens.

Our 2nd tier support think that this blockage / missing files could be due to Conditional Serving by Host or WAF.

I advise you to contact hosting support to check server log, disable any related security mentioned above or if possible that you try your website on another hosting / server, it should work fine there after re-install of WP core files.

Regards,
Drazen
