This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was experiencing issues with Arabic translations on their website, specifically on pages like Hair Transplant, Weight Loss and Bariatrics, Before and After Gallery, and About Us. Despite following WPML documentation, several pages displayed incorrect translations, and 92 translations were stuck in the queue. Solution: We discovered that the issue was due to the use of an Elementor single page template in Arabic that was not used in English, leading to content discrepancies. We resolved the problem by trashing the Elementor single page template for both languages, ensuring consistent content display across languages. If you're experiencing similar issues, we recommend checking if different templates are used across different language versions of your pages and ensuring consistency.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve issues with the Arabic translations on my website using WPML. Despite changing the theme and troubleshooting other potential causes, several pages display incorrect or problematic translations in Arabic. I have been following the official WPML documentation and support articles provided on your website.
Symptoms:
Several pages are displaying incorrect or problematic translations in Arabic. Additionally, I have 92 translations stuck in the queue that aren’t progressing.
Questions:
Could you please assist in diagnosing and fixing the issues with the Arabic translations on the following pages: Hair Transplant, Weight Loss and Bariatrics, Before and After Gallery, About Us (Version 1), About Us (Version 2)?
How can I resolve the issue of 92 translations being stuck in the queue and not progressing?
thanks, I checked furteher and it seems translation where working fine, just you where using in AR page template for single pages, that was showing different content, but your where not using it in EN.
I trashed Elementor single page template for both language, so it doesn't confuse anymore, and if you visit the page it shows fine now.
I wanted to let you know that while the problem with the Arabic translation on my website was resolved a couple of days ago, I’m unfortunately experiencing the same issue again on the previously mentioned Arabic page. I also have around 90 pages in the translation queue where the process has frozen.
Your support was incredibly helpful last time, so I wanted to contact you directly to see if we can find a more permanent solution to this recurring issue.
Please let me know how we can proceed to resolve this.
Thank you for your continued assistance.
Best regards,
Roozbeh
