This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You have two separate menus for logged-in and logged-out users on your site, and the language flag is only displayed for logged-in users.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend taking a full site backup and temporarily deactivating the LiteSpeed Cache plugin to see if the problem resolves. If this fixes the issue, try excluding the flag images from the LiteSpeed Cache settings. For more details, you can refer to a related ticket: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/custom-language-switchers-flags-not-showing/#post-14457603
