Missing language options in main menu (staging copy)

Karen Straus	Tell us what you are trying to do? I made a staging copy of my live site to make changes, but the translation choices for users are missing from the menu. How can I get them to display? I'm worried that when I push the copy back to gssgsolar.com the they'll still be missing. Is there any documentation that you are following? No. Longtime user. Check your support area.
