Background of the issue:
We are experiencing several critical translation issues on our website (hidden link) when switching to the English version. The issues are visible on the page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
- Product category images are not displayed on the English version of the WooCommerce category page.
- Anchor tags (CSS IDs) are being translated, causing broken links in the main navigation menu.
- The footer link under the 'Shop snel' menu incorrectly redirects to 'Uncategorized' on the English version.
- Several sections of the website are not properly translated into Dutch and English.

Questions:
- How can we resolve the missing product category images on the English version?
- What steps can we take to prevent anchor tags (CSS IDs) from being translated and breaking navigation links?
- How do we fix the incorrect footer link that redirects to 'Uncategorized' on the English version?
- What is the best way to ensure all website sections are properly translated into both Dutch and English?

Thanks for contacting us.

I'd like you to know that our support policy allows us to take care of only one issue per ticket.

Continuing with one issue per ticket helps not only supporters to focus on one issue at once, but also enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.

Anyway, I will try to answer all your questions here.

- How can we resolve the missing product category images on the English version?
Please backup and navigate to Woocommerce > WCML > Status > Troubleshooting Link > Run the "Sync products "gallery images" option or navigate to WPML > Settings > Media Translation > Make sure "Duplicate existing media for translated content" and "Duplicate the featured images for translated content" are checked and click on the "Start" button.

- What steps can we take to prevent anchor tags (CSS IDs) from being translated and breaking navigation links?
Anchor tags should be excluded from the translations. Please navigate to WPML > Settings > Posts and pages synchronization > Page builders options > Uncheck Send to translation the content of raw HTML cells. Then, resend the page for translation again.

- How do we fix the incorrect footer link that redirects to 'Uncategorized' on the English version?
The "Uncategorized" footer link here hidden link works fine to me

- What is the best way to ensure all website sections are properly translated into both Dutch and English?
Looks like these sections are created using Elementor, if it's not showing up for translation, you can try to register the elementor widgets following the instructions here https://wpml.org/documentation/support/multilingual-tools/registering-custom-elementor-widgets-for-translation/
