This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to see translation engine options other than Microsoft in the WPML settings.
Solution:
We reviewed the client's account and confirmed that the translation engine settings were correct. We then saved the engine settings once more. We recommend the client to check the settings again to see if the other translation engines, such as DeepL and Google, are now listed.

If this solution doesn't look relevant, please open a new support ticket.

We are hoping to use automatic translation and would like to compare the output of Microsoft, DeepL, and Google. However, when I look at the settings pages only Microsoft is listed.

Hi there,

I will add the first reply before this ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues.

Would you please check the troubleshooting steps below to see if the issue happens on a minimal installation too?

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except WPML and its add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

Thanks.

Thanks. I tried deactivating all of the plugins and the custom theme, and it didn't have any effect. Microsoft is still the only service listed.

Hello,

I took a look at your account and the translation engine settings looked fine.

I have saved the engine settings again.

Could you please check again and let me know the results?

Best regards
Andreas

That seems to have resolved the problem. I can now see all three of the services.
