I am trying to address an issue where a page is not fully translating. These tickets were previously closed due to inactivity because of internal tasks. I am linking the previous discussion here:
After a bunch of back-and-forth and testing what worked and what didn’t, the previous support and I agreed that instead of creating a test environment on your side, it’s easier if I just provide it from my end. So I went ahead and set it up, and it’s all ready now. Just let me know where I can drop the access details. Thanks!
This is the page the previous support set up where you can see the issue, a specific field just won’t translate, no matter how many times you run it through automatic translation. It also doesn’t show up in the ATE.

The staging site is a replica of hidden link.
The only difference is that the source site is on WP VIP, so they don’t allow SFTP access for security reasons. The staging site, though, is hosted on WP Engine, so I can provide SFTP access if needed. I also installed a file manager plugin for your convenience.

I am not sure if you tried this already, but what if you change the name of the custom field from "heading" to something else, such as "heading-clone" or similar, so on hidden link, and then open hidden link, make a minor change to it and resave it so that a new translation job is generated?
