Problem:
Some contents are not available for translation.
Solution:
If you're experiencing issues with content not being available for translation, we recommend you follow these steps:
1. Navigate to WPML-> Support -> Troubleshooting.
2. Click the following buttons:
- Clear Cache in WPML
- Set Language information
- Fix element types collation
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Assign translation status to duplicated content
- Fix post type assignment for translations
3. Try translating the page again.

The provided log is not debug.log from the wp-contents folder, can you provide me ftp details so I can check this myself?

I created a duplicate of the homepage and I can see the texts are available for translations, can you check here hidden link and see if you can translate this page easily?

If yes, you can set this page as a homepage and remove the previous one.

Hello there,

I went to WPML-> Support ->Troubleshooting and clicked the below buttons:

+ Clear Cache in WPML
+ Set Language information

+ Assign translation status to duplicated content
+ Fix post type assignment for translations

And translated the page and it seems to fixed the issues for the homepage.

Regarding the widget, instead of using flatsome blocks, I used a text widget and pasted the shortocode and it works.

Can you please check and verify it.
