Hi Andreas,

1. WPML Custom Fields
Thank you. I've changed this in the main site also.

2. Product page translation - Data and Short Description
Upon changing the above settings, it now translates properly. Is this supposed to? Was some setting creating this problem?
Also I noticed another problem. Imagine I create a product with short description X and translate it to Y. It works properly. However, If I then change the X to blank, it doesn't update the Y to blank. It keeps being Y. Is this the normal behaviour?

3. Product page translation - URL
Imagine I create a product, translate it, but then I change the title and want the URL to automatically change both in the original and translated page accordingly and automatically. Is that possible?

4. WPML Editor - Draft
I noticed that recently also with the new Editor. I have to write one time, save it and it saves it as a draft (orange line), so I have to open the field, and save it again so it is considered translated. Is there a way to fix this? When translating, it's one more detail to make it take longer.

I have escalated the "ATE saves segments as draft" issue towards our second tier support for further revision.

Hi Andreas,

Sometimes, it still happens.

However, when translating, sometimes when I save it saves as a draft and before finalizing the translation, I have to go there save it again. I don't have to translate every product 2 times however.

Could you please take a backup of your site, then update our plugins to the latest available versions, and let me know if you can still recreate this issue reported in your last comment?

You can find the updates at Plugins > Add new > Commercial (tab) by clicking on "Check for WPML Updates".

Updated everything, tried again, and it happens.

Type the translated phrase, Press green button, it goes to the next text, but it first one stays as a draft as in the attached image. If I then press it again, is saves properly.

I see you are using the legacy mode (gen2).

Could you do me a favor and switch the settings to use the new UI and let me know if this is replicable?

Click the settings in the top right corner and switch to the new UI (gen3).

Well, gen3 still giving me problems. Now, in the photo ones doesn't save. Then I went a second time and only saves one field, then I had to refresh, save the second field, do it again and again, until all four were translated and then I was able to finish the translation. Even weirder than the gen2.

This is odd and I will investigate this further to solve all those issues.

Could you please confirm if your website uses the latest version of WPML 4.7?

Updates are available at Plugins > Add new > Commercial by clicking on "Check for WPML Updates".

If updating does not solve the issue, please let me know.

If would be great in this case, if I could have a look into your site to investigate. Please name me an example of a page or post that shows the issue (title or permalink of page or post).
