This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You can't translate a string from the Advanced Icon Box element from the Element Pack Pro add-on
Solution:
Element Pack Pro is not compatible with WPML. We recommend replacing the Advanced Icon Box element with a standard Elementor widget that is compatible with WPML. You can find more information about the Icon Box Widget from Elementor here: https://elementor.com/help/icon-box-widget/

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket with us.

Hi,

Can you please try this new method to find strings:
"Easy Theme & Plugin String Translations"
https://wpml.org/changelog/2025/02/wpml-4-7-announcement/

If it does not help, can you please share the credentials again?

Hi André,

The string is in the page content. It's the subtitle of the Advance Icon Box Elementor element. You should be able to translate its content while translating the page.

If the content does not appear in the translation editor, please try the following:
1. Edit the original language post. Make any small change and update the post.
2. Go to WPML -> Translation Management and send the content to translate again.
3. Go to WPML -> Translations, take the page, and see if the content now appears to be translated.

If it doesn't, it may need to be registered by following these steps:
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/elementor-text-widget-not-recognized-or-translated/

Best Regards,
Otto

Thanks André.

I dug a bit more and realized that the Advanced Icon Box element is not from Elementor but from an add-on: Element Pack Pro.

This plugin is not compatible with WPML:
https://wpml.org/plugin/element-pack-pro/

I suggest using a standard Elementor widget, for example:
