We still get the bug that the automatic translation is stopped and we have to resolve the issue. But we cant see what is the issue? Translation always stops and thats problematic. What steps should I take to resolve the issue with automatic translation stopping?
Could you please provide more details on this issue? Can you replicate it? Do you notice when it stops? Please attach screenshots so that I can observe the problem.
We are encountering a persistent issue with the automatic translation feature in WPML on our website. The error message displayed is "All automatic translation - stopped" and "There is a problem with the automatic translation that requires your attention. Fix it to continue." However, when we attempt to resolve the issue by clicking the "Fix" button, we are redirected back to the same error message, creating an endless loop.
We have already tried refreshing the page and clearing our browser cache, but the problem persists. Attached is a screenshot of the error message for your reference. We are unable to proceed with our translations and urgently require your assistance to resolve this issue.
Could you please provide us with guidance on how to break this loop or if there is any specific action we need to take to fix this problem?
Thank you for the explanation. Here are the steps to follow to fix the issue regarding automatic translation:
1. Go to WPML > Settings.
2. In the "Translate Mode" section, change the Translation Mode to "Translate What you choose."
3. Save the changes and clear the caches.
4. Return to the Settings page and change the Translation Mode to "Translate Everything Automatically."
5. Complete the following steps and save the changes.
I hope these adjustments will help resume the automatic translation process.
Thank you for the detailed steps. Unfortunately, the issue persists even after following the instructions. The error occurs again. Could you please suggest any further actions we might take to resolve this?
I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site – preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible – in order to be of better help. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Please provide the steps for replicating the problem.
