This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where Toolset repeat fields were not consistently showing the correct manual translation across multiple pages. Instead, automatic translations were sometimes loaded. Additionally, there were problems with translations not appearing in WPML>Translations for certain languages, and a message indicating a failure to synchronize with the professional translation system was displayed.

Solution:
We recommended the client to make minor edits to the primary language page and then re-translate the affected pages. This process should resynchronize the translations and ensure that the correct manual translations are displayed instead of the automatic ones. Specifically, we advised editing the primary language page at

https://raypa.rkinnova.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=12050&action=edit&lang=es&referer=ate

and then re-translating the Portuguese language page, as this resolved the issue for the page at

https://raypa.rkinnova.com/pt-pt/tipos-de-autoclaves/autoclaves-medios/

.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should the problem persist, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket with us for further assistance. You can do so by visiting the WPML support forum.

There is something weird going on. We have some Toolset repeat fields that usually have the same translation on multiple pages.

Usually, once translated, the correct translation is loaded when editing another product with the same fields. What's happening is that every now and then this doesn't happen, and the automatic translation is loaded instead.

Do you know if there is a way to fix it?

Thanks for reaching us.

I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified. Also, please list the steps to replicate the issue.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Hi Kor, sorry for the delay.

You can see the issue here for example:

hidden link
hidden link

where for the same field, two different translations are shown: one is the manually edited and the other is the automatic, instead of showing only the correct translation.

I am attaching 2 screenshots to more easily understand, since this is happening on specific fields, that are shared among different product pages.

Thank you for your patience.

After conducting a thorough check, I haven't identified any issues with the translations. To better understand the problem you're experiencing, could you please create a short screen recording using the free tool hidden link? This will help us gain further insight into the issue and assist you more effectively.

Hi,
sorry for the delay. It seemed that everything was working fine, but it's not...

In WPML>Translations, only the translations to English and France appear, and we have pages translated into portuguese that appear empty:

hidden link

We always get a message saying that the synchronization with the professional translation system has failed.

Can you please help me find out what is wrong?

Thank you

Thank you for your response.

After rechecking, I managed to resolve the issue by making minor edits to the primary language page at hidden link and re-translating the Portuguese language page. Now, the translation appears correctly at hidden link .

Could you please attempt the same approach on your pages experiencing this issue? It appears that these pages may need to be resynchronized, and this should resolve the problem.
