Background of the issue:
I am trying to auto translate content on our site, hidden link, but it's being very slow. I reported this issue over a month ago and was informed that a fix was being implemented. It improved for a while, but now the problem has returned.

Symptoms:
The website is under heavy load and the queue is full. I keep getting the page 'The website is under heavy load queue full' screen.

Questions:
Do you have an ETA on when this will be fixed?
What measures are being put in place to stop this from happening again?

Thanks for the update, and sorry to hear the issue has resurfaced.

To help us investigate further, could you please let us know:

* Does this happen for every page you try to translate?
* If you try translating a page with a minimal amount of content, do you still encounter the same issue?

Also, just to note — we did experience a brief issue with the ATE servers yesterday, but it was promptly resolved.

Are you still seeing the same "website under heavy load / queue full" message now?
If so, could you please send us the URL from the Translation Editor where the loading gets stuck? That will help us pinpoint the issue more accurately.
