This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
If you're experiencing issues where a page that has been fully translated is not found and appears as non-existent, this might be due to an error related to translating non-translatable WooCommerce Endpoints.
Solution:
We recommend checking if any non-translatable WooCommerce Endpoints like
wc/file/transient
and
wc-api
have been mistakenly translated. These translations can trigger errors in the URL handler file within the WPML plugin, leading to the pages not loading correctly. If you find such translations, delete them to resolve the issue. After making these changes, please verify that the pages are loading correctly.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket. Also, please check the related known issues, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. For further assistance, you can always contact us through the WPML support forum.
