To further troubleshoot the issue, please follow these steps after taking a full site backup, and verify if the issue still occurs:
1) Increase the MaxInputVars value in your PHP settings to at least 10000. For detailed instructions, refer to this article or contact your system admin/hosting provider for this purpose.

2) Go to WooCommerce >> WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency >> Settings tab
3) Click the Troubleshooting link located at the bottom right of the page
4) In the troubleshooting screen, run the following options:
- Synchronize data into translations
- Fix language connections.
- Translate missing product types and attributes.
