Problem:
The client was unable to see Translation Priorities on their page and sought to reopen a previously closed tickeе to resolve this issue.
Solution:
We informed the client that it is not possible to reopen a closed chat. We recommended closing the current support ticket and starting a new live chat if support agents are available. Alternatively, we suggested continuing in the current support ticket by providing more details about the issue for better assistance. We also recommended using the "upload an image" feature to provide screenshots that might help clarify the issue.
